Title: Environmental Consultant

Location: Mudgee, NSW

About the opportunity:

As part of our Regional NSW Team, our Mudgee office in Central West NSW is experiencing continued success in the resources and renewable energy sectors. We’re searching for an Environmental Consultant to join our talented team.

The role will involve working on large and small scale projects both around Mudgee and further afield, delivering innovative environmental management and conservation planning projects both to our clients, and to regional Australia. At ELA we encourage employees to rethink traditional methods of project delivery and develop innovative solutions for our clients.

With beautiful heritage streetscapes surrounded by amazing National Parks, Mudgee offers an exceptional lifestyle choice for those looking to escape the rat race. From museums and galleries to internationally renowned wineries and restaurants; festivals and national sporting competition games, Mudgee is a welcoming country town with all the perks of a city.

About you:

If you have read this far, we are already at the stage where we want to meet you!

We could provide a long list of attributes necessary for the role, but we don’t want criteria getting in the way of an outstanding application. We already know you are looking for the right company where you can grow your passion for environmental management, further develop your field skills, and showcase your talent as a project manager. Experience in site operations and compliance would be an advantage, although not essential. If you are someone who can laugh hard and work hard within a team of motivated, high-performing, professionals, you’ll fit right in.

We will offer you:

We will discuss remuneration with you in person. In the meantime, you will be comforted to know we are Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) compliant, reviewing equality of pay across each role. We promote flexible working for all positions, whether it is a full-time position (38 hour week) or part-time position (pick a number).

You can view our extensive company benefits, and be encouraged to know that we have a progressive, non-gendered, 12 weeks paid parental leave policy. Oh, and let’s not forget the birthday leave benefit (that’s right, you get an extra day off on your birthday!).

How to apply:
