IndianOil – CSIR Research Fellowship 2021: Apply by Nov 15

Applications are invited for IndianOil – CSIR Research Fellowship 2021. The last date of application is 15 November 2021.

Council of Scientific and Industrial research (CSIR) and IndianOil invite applications for JRF positions under “IndianOil – CSIR Research Fellowship (hereinafter referred to as ICRF)”. Candidates who have qualified the NET exam of CSIR after July 2019 and who have not yet joined anywhere as Ph.D. fellow are eligible to apply.

Broad topic: Cracking behaviour of asphalting in crude oil and residue

Broad topic: Carbon Smart Bioprocesses for fuels and chemicals

Qualification / Selection criteria: M.Sc. Microbiology or Biotechnology; and Interview

Project 3:
Broad topic: Petrochemicals from CO2
No. of positions available: One
Qualification / Selection criteria: M.Sc. Organic/Inorganic Chemistry; and Interview

Broad topic: Nanostructured materials as lubricant additives

Interested candidates may submit their complete CV along with copy of NET qualification to csirioclrf@iip.res.in specifying project code
in subject line on or before November 15, 2021.

Shortlisted candidates will be intimated the date of interview in the 3/4th week of November 2021. The interviews will be held on MS Teams. Selected fellows will be required to join the concerned CSIR Laboratory in January 2022.

Fellowship Amount

The selected fellow will register for Ph.D at AcSIR and will receive basic stipend and HRA which will be higher (up to 25%) that their entitlement under NET scheme of CSIR.
