Description (Junior experts ):
To support current and future projects, we are looking for
several committed junior
experts (m / f / d) for satellite data, GIS and remote sensing for
our branch in Neustrelitz as soon as possible.
In addition to diverse subject-specific activities, the position
also offers the opportunity to acquire or deepen additional or existing
knowledge / experience in the areas of account management / customer support
and to take on additional areas of responsibility.
Your tasks:

Research of satellite data in GIS
·
Preparation of data research in map and text form
·
Data acquisition
·
Quality control of satellite data
·
Operation of databases and portals
·
Processing of customer inquiries (by phone, in
writing, in person)
·
Preparatory work for setting up and maintaining an
internal knowledge database (company wiki)

Requirements:

what you bring with you:

A completed university degree (Bachelor) in
the geoscientific field or a comparable course of study
·
Knowledge of the use of GIS software
·
Knowledge of satellite-based remote sensing
(optical and radar data)
·
Very good German and good English skills
(spoken and written)
·
Distinct service orientation, ability to
work in a team and good communication skills as well as ideally first
experience in account management / customer support
·
An independent, structured, goal-oriented
and reliable way of working
·
Agility and flexibility to be able to react
to changing challenges in an interdisciplinary environment
Duration:
·
Initially limited to 2 years, it is
possible to take on a permanent employment contract at a later date
·
Full time, 40 hours a week
