Job Description (Project Position )
Applications
are invited from eligible and prospective Indian Nationals only for following
purely project based temporary position under DST-SERB funded project at
Kosi-Katarmal (Almora) campus of the Institute. Candidate having appropriate
qualifications in relevant subject/specialization with consistently good
academic records and experience may send their application form in the attached

in GIS & Remote Sensing or Geoinformatics or Geography or Forestry or
Environment Science or Civil Engineering |
Preference will be given to
Masters in the GIS & Remote Sensing or Geoinformatics or Geography or
Forestry or Environment Science and having one-year hands-on experience in
GIS analysis and map preparation using relevant GIS software.Experience of
Soil physico-chemical analysisExperience in handling statistical software
(e.g., SPSS R, etc.) |
PA will be responsible for-
Soil physico- chemical analysis and field data collectionGeo-spatial mapping
of the soil indices of tree line ecotoneAny other scientific/technical jobs
that may be assigned from time to time and assist PIs/PA-I |
