Educational Qualification:
Professor: A First Class Master’s degree in Physics with at least 15 years
research experience in Geomagnetism and allied fields. Preference will be given
to those who have Doctorate degree.
Reader: A First Class Master’s degree in
Meteorology/Atmospheric & Environmental Science AND A Doctorate degree with
2 years experience of post-doctoral research in above and allied fields.
Fellow: A First Class Master’s degree in Geophysics
/Computer Science/Data Science Desirable : Preference will be given to those having
Data handling and associated software.
Senior Hindi Translator: Master's degree of a
recognized University in Hindi with English as a compulsory or elective subject
or as the medium of examination at the degree level; OR Master’s degree of a
recognized University in English with Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject
or as the medium of examination at the degree level; OR Master’s Degree of a
recognized University in any subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi
medium and English as a compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of a
examination at the degree level; OR Master’s degree of a recognized University
in any subject other than Hindi or English, with English medium and Hindi as a
compulsory or elective subject or as the medium of a examination at the degree
level; OR Master’s degree of a recognized University in any subject other than
Hindi or English, with Hindi and English as compulsory or elective subjects or
either of the two as a medium of examination and the other as a compulsory or
elective subject at the degree level; AND Recognized Diploma or Certificate
course in translation from Hindi to English & vice versa or three years’
experience of translation work from Hindi to English and vice versa in a
Central or State Government office, including Government of India Undertaking.
Superintendent: Bachelor’s Degree in Arts, Science or
Commerce with 5 years’ experience in the lower grade or equivalent in similar
capacity in administration and related work in a Govt. / Semi Govt./ Public
Sector undertaking / Private Sector of repute.
Assistant: Bachelor’s Degree in Arts, Science or
Commerce with 3 years’ experience as UDC or equivalent post in a Govt. / Semi
Govt. / Public Sector undertaking/ Private Sector of repute.
Upper Division Clerk (UDC): Bachelors Degree in Arts,
Science or Commerce.
Stenographer: i) 12th class pass or equivalent from a
recognized Board or University ii) Skill Test Norms : Dictation :
10 minutes@80 w.p.m. Transcription : 50 minutes (Eng.) on Computer.
Lower Division Clerk (LDC): Matriculation or equivalent
qualification. Knowledge of computer operation and a minimum typing speed of 30
w.p.m. in English/Hindi. Typing test will be conducted on computer.
Pay Scale:
INR
Level-2 to Level-13 Per Month
Age Limit: Maximum 45 Years.
